Continued problems constructing the retractable roof at the new Mercedes Benz Stadium in Atlanta could lead to the scheduled demolition of the Georgia Dome being delayed, according to multiple reports. The Dome, which is adjacent to the new stadium, was originally scheduled to be demolished this summer. However, the Atlanta Business Chronicle reports that stadium authorities are leaning toward moving the demolition to the end of the year.
