NBA playoffs 2017: Rajon Rondo calls…

Rajon Rondo isn’t salty that Celtics fans booed him hard during Game 1 of the Bulls’ playoff series in Boston. In fact, he embraces the hostility and said that’s exactly what he anticipated from the Boston faithful. “These fans are great,” Rondo said Tuesday, via ESPN.com. “I wouldn’t expect anything else. A couple nice words were said when I walked out of the tunnel, but that’s Boston. They’ve been doing that for me for nine years while I was here, so I don’t expect it [another way].” From 2006-15, Rondo played with the Celtics and was on the 2007-08 team that won the NBA title. ‘Blame United,’ ‘Blame Deregulation,’ and Other…

Did you see that passenger getting hauled off the United flight? No, I spent the last week hiding under a rock for tax reasons.Do you really need to be sarcastic?Need, no. Enjoy, yes. Next question. What do you think about it?United messed up, obviously.I know! How dare they kick off paying passengers to make way for their employees? Majority of Americans think marijuana is…

A survey of Americans’ views on marijuana found that a majority of people think the drug is “socially acceptable” — a position that likely puts them at odds with U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions, who said in March that a marijuana habit is only “slightly less awful” than heroin addiction. The poll, conducted in March by Marist in partnership with Yahoo News, surveyed 1,122 U.S. adults and found that 56% said using marijuana was socially acceptable, compared with 42% who said it was socially unacceptable and 2% who were “unsure.” The survey also revealed that 49% of respondents, nearly half, said they supported legalizing recreational marijuana. So far, Alaska, California, Colorado, Maine, Massachusetts, Nevada, Oregon, Washington and the District of…
